General Guidelines

General Guidelines for Students:
  • Students should bring their diaries to school every day.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the class without informing Teacher.
  • Students are advised not to bring costly articles like mobiles, cameras, gold ornaments, etc. Students bringing such articles to school are liable to be punished and the school will not be responsible if such articles are lost.
  • Damage to school property to any kind will be charged individually or collectively.

Change of Address or telephone Numbers:

Parents should notify the School about any change of Address/Telephone Numbers by giving a written information.

School Transport:

Students who use the School bus should follow the safety regulations. The Bus facility of defaulters will be cancelled. Parents are requested to ascertain the bus schedule before admission as the routes and stops are limited. Transport charges shall be for 11 months and in between no consideration for withdrawal i.e. current academic session.

Library Fine:
  • Loss of books: If a book is lost the students will have to pay double the cost of the book. A fine of Rs.1/- per day will be charged beyond the permissible period of borrowing the book.
  • Removal of pages from book or disfiguring it: In addition to the amount as above the student will be reprimanded depending upon the seriousness of the lapse.

Norms of Promotion:

Promotion is granted on the basis of the overall academic performance throughout the year. The final examination is meant to confirm and establish the trend of progress throughout the year.

Note: If for some reason student is not able to appear for the test in one term, it will be compulsory for him/her to appear in the next otherwise he/she will not be promoted to the next class. The average of both the terms will take into consideration.

Report cards will be distributed to the parent/guardian only on the day of the declaration of the result.


Students who have been absent from school must have the reason entered in the absence record in the diary the next day.

Absence for more than five consecutive days without prior written application from parent or a medical certificate renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission, if granted, will be done on payment of readmission fees.

Parent-Teacher Meetings:

Parents of children can meet the class/subject teacher or Principal on the working Saturdays given in diary of every month between 09:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. On other days the parent can meet the principal be prior appointment.
